We incubate innovation

Little harbor collective (LHC) is a location for the creative collective process, where small business, creative people, and artists can gather and work in a dynamic and open space. LHC is an Incubator, a Maker Space, and a collection of individuals in the process of making and building ideas. We provide a unique environment for start ups to develop the next big idea or for makers to simply make.

LHC is directly connected to Tool., Incorporated, an award winning product design and development agency. The Tool crew is on deck to help guide and nurture the creative output, provide networking opportunities to potential investors, and outline paths to reach consumers.

The design process is fundamental to who we are as humans and for centuries humans have shaped the environment around us through design. We celebrate the creative process and built LHC to help bring opportunities to the community through a creative collective work space.

LHC is located just steps away from the lobster shanties of Little Harbor Marblehead, where lobstermen would gather to discuss the catch, making traps, building boats, and the future of a collective occupation.

We are really excited about the opportunities and we look forward to hearing from the community. We are currently bringing in creative candidates for the space. If you’re a person with an idea, a small group with the next big thing, or a design/engineer/tinkerer we would love to hear from you.

Contact nicole@littleharborcollective.com to discuss what you have in mind and what space might be available.
